The Multi tunnel are designed as follow:

# Build and Tested by a Farmer for the homeowner and commercial industry.

# We do not use standard HDPE Water Pipes, but HDPE pipes especially made with extra support.

# All spacers supplied are 2m Long and made of aluminium to be maintenance free.

Placement And Erection:

Multi-Span Greenhouse tunnels are designed to be placed directly onto the ground, they are not designed to be erected on paved areas or slabs, this is due to anchoring, the polyurethane and Netting covers on our walk-in tunnels have an extra 20cm of skirting material, which is designed to be sunk / buried in the ground to prevent it being pulled up by strong gusts of wind.

Multi-Span Greenhouse tunnels should also be placed on level ground with good drainage. It is not ideal to place the green house in rainwater run off areas or areas prone to flooding or marsh type conditions after rains.

Multi-Span Greenhouses can handle wind and storms however it is not ideal to place your greenhouse in a very exposed areas subject to very strong winds, if you live in areas like the Cape and the coastal areas of KZN that are subject to quiet severe gusts of wind it is better to place the Multi-Span greenhouse in a area that has some form of wind break like trees, walls or a structure like a house or barn.

This Multi-Span Gardening Tunnel is portable, has no permanent foundations and can easily be assembled, disassembled and moved.

It is anchored with Y-standards / 32mm Round Tubing which are driven into the ground.

The construction is relatively light because it is made out of HDPE tubes.

Keep bugs and birds off your precious vegetables and have much more control over the success of your gardening efforts.

This gardening tunnel can easily be assembled and moved because it does not have foundations.

It is anchored with Y-standards ( 800mm Long - 400mm are Driven into the ground)

The construction is relatively light because it is made out of HDPE (high-density polyethylene) tubes, aluminium and long-lasting 40% shade netting.

The HDPE arch poles and the aluminium spacers are tied together to form a strong durable construction that will last for years and is virtually maintenance-free. The dome shape can resist the wind very well. Please consult with us if you stay in an extremely windy area.

We offer widths: 8 to 10meters wide and 10m to 30m Long, depending on how high the tunnel needs to be or the space available. A narrower tunnel will be higher and a wider tunnel will be a little bit lower.

Lengths range from 10 meters up to 30 meters.

The height of all our kits is 3.0 meters.
